Pastor Rachel was born and raised in Hong Kong. She immigrated to Canada in 1991, and has settled in beautiful New Brunswick since 1992. A former homeschool mother of three, university campus minister, outreach ministry tent-maker, and professional musician, Pastor Rachel has served in a variety of ministry roles in the local churches and Christian organizations on three continents.

After answering the call to pastoral ministry, she completed the equipping process of theological studies at Acadia Divinity College, and entered into full-time pastoral ministry as an ordained minister in 2020.

Pastor Rachel has experienced wholeness and wellbeing in Jesus Christ. She is called to share the experience of spiritual newness in the Holy Spirit through worship and the Word. She contributes alongside the people at Fundy Seaside Baptist to serve, to equip, and to enrich the church and community.
